I purchased this black seed oil a couple of weeks ago to help improve my daughter's eczema. I was worried that she would not readily accept the black seed oil and that I would have to bribe her with treats. However with the help of a pipette it's been very easy to give her around 2.5 ml a day. I leave the black seed oil on the kitchen counter so that it's easily accessible. I have tried the black seed oil myself and found the taste quite pleasant. I am really looking forward to seeing some real improvement in my daughter's skin within the next few months.

I’m 59 yrs old - had my second bottle - love it - not sure what it’s done for me but I am sure it is helping as something that has a taste such as this (you do get used to it) has to help the body in some way - I have not lost any weight though !!
